Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Adventure Co. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any of our tours, trips or events.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
  • Group payments require a 75% deposit at the time of reservation and the balance to be paid 30 days before the tour date.
  • 100% of the total amount is required for all orders placed less than 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policy

    • 1 – 29 days prior to arrival – 10% of the total rental fee will be refunded
    • 30 + days prior to arrival – 90% of the total rental fee will be refunded
    • In the event of a Covid-related travel restriction, we are happy to offer our clients one postponement for their booking to a new date.
    • Cancellation will need to be in writing.

Safety and Conduct

  • All participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by the guides.
  • The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate participation for misconduct or unsafe behavior.

Liability

  • The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tours.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance.

Changes to Terms

  • The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
