1. Eligibility:
   Competitions are open to South African residents only. Entrants must be currently living in South Africa and 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   
   Employees, partners, and affiliates of The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Limitations:
   Participants who have won any competition with The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd within the last 6 months are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise specified in the competition details.

3. Prizes:
   Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if necessary.

4. Winner Announcement:
   Winners will be selected and notified within 3-5 days after the competition ends. The announcement will be made on The Adventure Co.’s social media platforms and/or through email, depending on the competition format.

5. Entry Mechanism:
   The specifics of how to enter the competition will be provided with each competition announcement, including whether entries are to be made via social media platforms or directly through our website.

6. Disqualification:
   The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these terms and conditions.

7. Responsibility:
   The Adventure Co. (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any technical failures or issues that may prevent an entry from being successfully submitted. All decisions regarding the competition and winners are final.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
   By entering any competition, participants automatically accept and agree to abide by these rules.
